PCC Application for UAE residents
PCC application process can be done online as well as in-person as per the applicant’s availability. PCC application process for former UAE residents
If you are a former UAE resident and want to apply for PPC, you should have your fingerprint card from your home country. You also need to get it attested by the UAE Embassy there before applying for your police clearance certificate. Your fingerprint card verifies your identity as an official report from the concerned police department. Once you have your fingerprint card, you can apply for your PCC on the Ministry of interior’s website/app or on the Dubai Police’s website/app. You will need to submit the following documents along with your application

The PCC application fee for UAR nationals is AED 100 and as a UAE resident, you will have to pay AED 200 to process your application. Ministry of Interior charges AED 50 for Arabic certificates and AED 150 for English certificates.
