If your university is not in the top 500 accredited universities by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE), your equivalency will be rejected. The only way around this is to approach your embassy in UAE and request if your university can be added to the list of the MOE accredited universities.

The first step is the attestation of high school diploma, attestation of bachelor’s degree & transcripts

Secure a travel history report from 2000 – 2021 (ICA travel history report)

In this case a genuineity letter is not required from the Spanish embassy in UAE, the Ministry of education will do the verification by themselves.

The first step is the attestation of high school diploma, attestation of bachelor’s degree & transcripts

Secure a travel history report from 2000 – 2021 (ICA travel history report)

In this case a genuineity letter is not required from the French embassy in UAE, the Ministry of education will do the verification by themselves.

The Ministry of Education in UAE have their own way of verifying the degree from France. At times we have seen that the MOE equivalency is rejected because the MOE were unable to verify the degree from the relevant university directly.

There is a process called DATAFLOW, if the MOE are unable to verify your degree with the relevant university in your home country, they will automatically reject your application. It is highly recommended that you do your own verification from Dataflow and upload the results on MOE portal (in your application). This would lessen the chances of rejection

Lets look at this question in two different scenarios , if your university is a foreign university but based in UAE and accredited by KHDA , chances are you wont be able to secure an equivalency for the very fact that your studies should in the country of origin of the university and it should not be a branch of the university based in another country. The MOE will consider this as distant or off campus education. The second scenario would be if your university / college in the UAE is accredited by MOE but is a foreign university , you will be able to secure an equivalency though the campus of the university was not in the country of origin of the university.

Your bachelor’s degree should be a regular attendance on campus in the country of study. Your master’s should be full attendance during the period of the course of study for at least one third of the minimum duration stipulated in the academic system of the institute for obtaining the academic degree during the research period.
